The HR/Payroll/Time & Labor phase was deployed successfully on time and under budget with an amazing 0.03% error rate on first payroll. Many of our simple and efficient methodology components and management tools are still in place today.

Process reengineering and efficiency planning
The Revenue Management System went through additional iterations as the vendor released a complete overhaul of their software, including many of the City's own ideas and requirements worked into the development pipeline. The client has saved vast amounts of time and money with the new implementation.
eCommerce Rollout

The resulting rollout allowed for the accpetance of credit cards across the enterprise via one single repository and improved collection times and rates dramatically. The project helped move the client into the top 10 in DGAA rankings and one application won a DGAA honorable mention.
